well the reason my punches were slow is because im not very fit and I got real tired, that goes for my sharpness of my punches to and also i tryed to feint my punches but he parried by feints making it look like I punched real slow. I havent been boxing all that long even though i've had 3 fights. I been boxing like 6 months but had a like 5 month layoff. ontop of that I understand I aitn the quickest fighter... by a long shot but what I dont have in speed I am suprisingly good at cutting people off in the ring and I am pretty good at anticipating where and when to throw my punches, I am quite good at breaking peoples defence.

Look dude, I know you feel you were unjustly criticized here, then say at ESB. (Yes, I belong to every forum, with different names) , and in part maybe a bit so. This place has a lot of trolls and alts. But also, the ESB community I feel was overly accomodating to you, with nothin but a buncha 'good job', well' done' etc etc. And that **** ain't helping you. Because it isn't going to motivate you to get better.
So find a balance between the two, and if you seriously want to get better, you need to start working harder, and not using poor conditioning as an excuse. Cuz believe me, you are going to run into someone who takes it seriously, and get beat badly, and possibly hurt.
I'm no troll, and I wish you welll. But you do have a lot to work on if you want to take boxing seriously and have some success at it. You need to be walking in the ring, ready to leave it all there, and in your own mind know, NO EXCUSES.
So again, pay heed to these things, and good luck.

I will be training hard in november though, sometimes getting only good criticism is bad as it makes you believe you did nothing wrong, sometimes you need trash talkers to make you think different.... Though the "you can't be 23, look how small you are" was kinda lame.

you look like you need to loosen up a bit but your nerves are probably still getting used to fighting in front a crowd.

Them apples is right Oriachim. Try not to listen too much to the haters, but also the smoke blowers with general 'wtg!' and nothing else to offer. But yes, it is nice of them and encouragement is ok in proper doses.
Filter the crap out that you can, and take the good criticism and put it to use. All the rest, dump it where belongs, in the 'FU ****** pile' and move on. It's not worth taking to heart. So long as you love this sport and are willing to work hard at it, and willing to learn, it will not only make you a better boxer, but a better person.
