shoulders, hurting my wrists, pulled a muscle in my chest and hurt my elbow all within 2 weeks of training.
I realise boxing is a rough sport but i was just shadow boxing and i pulled a muscle just from throwing a left hook.
I took a few months off and just got back into it but its like my body is very fragile to injuries, pisses me off because i cant train as hard as i like too.
I used to weightlift alot but I stopped training certain bodyparts (such as chest/shoulders/back) because they are already too big. The muscle is still there but ive lost strength. Could this be an issue?
Any suggestions on how to prevent pulling muscles and injuries in general?
