grab a foam roller and roll through your back (keep your core tight and spine secure and its safe) roll up and down your back and you should be fine.
Reason you hurt yourself I am assuming and pretty sure I am correct is when people get fatigue and dont have their form drilled down that is the first thing that they compromise to keep on pushing through but that is also the reason they get hurt.
My advice to all my clients when pushing to failure is to push till you can no longer perform the rep with proper form anymore and that is failure. Drop the weight and rack out more sets till form failure. If you cant drop set anymore or you dropped about 30% of your top set you are done. Call it a day.Last edited by TheBoxGod; 08-04-2021, 02:41 PM.

I am just looking for some advice from the old boys around here how do you ease the pain?
Did you stretch out?
