I saw a post about intermittent water fasting (18 hrs a day average) and after reading up I gave it a try and carried on with (it's been 16 days). I quickly discovered that I needed electrolytes (as recommended) because that made things worse without them (more cramping). Almost immediately after adding the electrolytes, I was able to release my back and foot pain and realized I probably had a deficiency of electrolytes in my diet for a long time. Having gotten rid of my chronic pain (the foot pain was a year and 1/2 and walking was becoming a real problem)...my blood pressure dropped to normal (chronic pain raise you BP), and as a bonus I quickly dropped about 8-9 lbs and now have a flat stomach and no obliques. So...maybe try adding electrolytes 4 times a day and find something to lean on and try to release your back muscles. BTW...if you're NOT fasting and want a really good electrolyte drink, you can't beat chocolate milk with a bit of magnesium (quantity as previously described. I suggest that you do more core exercises, the problem is probably you're letting your back drop too far down when you go into push up position. That is the only reason I could see for back pain coming from them. While your back hurt all you need is Online Pharmacy ibuprofen, foam roller, and restLast edited by rihanabr; 12-06-2021, 06:16 AM.

Oh ya I got Over it a while ago . Took a week to feel
better. Still went to work as a carpenter just took it easy. I find the worst thing for back pain is to lie or sit around all day you get too stiff.
I definitely let my hips drop too low while
jumping back to the push up position from fatigue . Tried to do too many pretty typical.

I just came back after a few years just to look up this same topic. Mine is getting better day to day, but I hurt it the same way.
