    Any chance of any source's to back these workout claims up? You know why there will be no sources because you are making them up

        I don't think he's making it up. I remember reading another post on here with the same routine. It's from the book "Workouts from Boxing's Greatest Champs".

          Fenech had great stamina but he wasn't really a very good boxer
