Some popular home workout apps include Nike Training Club for its variety and clear instructions, FitOn for customizable plans and social features, and MyFitnessPal for tracking both workouts and nutrition. These apps provide flexibility, clear guidance, and progress monitoring, making them great for home workouts.

I agree—home workout apps are fantastic for keeping fit when you can’t hit the gym. I’ve tried a bunch of them and found that having clear instructions and a variety of workouts really helps keep things interesting. One app I enjoyed was built using tools from exercise.com. It allowed me to set up custom plans and track my progress easily, which was a huge plus.

My favorite apps are the ones that not only give you a good workout but also adapt to your needs and preferences. It’s all about finding something that keeps you motivated and makes working out from home enjoyable.

The way I set it up is,

Exercise (set it to for reps, and put a 7minute timer)
    Break
Exercise (set it to for reps, and put a 7minute timer)
    Break
and so on and so on.

Reason I put the exerciser timer to more time than I need because I never know how long my set is going to take so I just add more time and when im done I can just tap the screen on the app and it will instantly complete that exercise and jump to the next set/break.

It also has a log that breaks down what you do the most, how long the excercise took you, etc etc.
Yeah, I began hunting for the premium version. Most of these "free" apps have a "pay" upside to get the good stuff

The best app is exercise timer (both ios and android)
    https://www.exercisetimer.net

You can plug in your own exercises in the order and way you want to do them with the amount of breaks you want and once you got it set up you push start and it will keep you accountable and roll right through your workout. Its what I use.
