    i run in any weather i love running in rain but i heard its bad for you it feels heaps good running in rain thought air feels freash

      Where i live in Rains from October till May. I run to work monday thru friday so if it rains, its just another part of my day. I find it more relaxing anyways though.

        i wont run in a total downpour thunderstorm.. but a light to moderate rain i will

          I did it once, it actually was better.

          Less sun= more energy.

          The only thing I regretted was having my Ipod getting destroyed by the rain. Now I carry a waterproof case just in case.

              It's about being sensible. I won't run in the rain because I will catch a cold which will diminish work rate. Either go to the gym or put in more work when the weather shapes up.

                    It rains all the time here. I run in the rain 9 or 10 months out of the year; hell, I ran in 60 degree rain this morning in a polypro shirt and shorts. I rarely get sick. If you're acclimated to it you won't catch cold.

                    The tough part is what wet socks do to your feet after a few miles.

                      I find the treadmill just fine to do my miles.

                      am putting in 4 miles in daily right now. Dont get tired and feel my belly light as hell.

                      Looking to expand to 8 by mid-next month.
