  • canoeing with a double paddle for punch power

Because once you decide to go home, after floating with the current and paddle against that current, is when it gets rough. Survival instincts kick in, and you know that if you don't do this you'll be stranded...the next day, you wake up sore as hell, but I promise you it will benefit all of your punches...It may sound ridiculous and hell, maybe it is ridiculous, but it produces results. Just don't do it with two people, unless the second person also has a paddle. I dragged my girlfriend out two miles with the current then, when I tried to paddle back against the current, it was ****ed up because she was also in the canoe and she only weighs about 140. The extra weight ****ed it up. So, go alone for training purposes. I had to get my ass outta the canoe and drag her all the way upstream against a current, it was impossible to paddle out of it. You go drag someone two ****ing miles in a canoe and come back and tell me how it felt. I was on a perma-endorphin- buzz for the remainder of the day, let's just put it like that.

Dragging the ****ing thing from your vehicle to the stream or river or whatever is also a good piece of the workout, depending on how far you park from the waterway...but it's a good way to burn a saturday or a sunday, if you don't have to work that day.. But just remember, don't go with two people if you are trying to train...
Working...
