Planche push ups and elevated push ups and dips. theres the pectoral major and pectoral minor the pectoral minor is kind of under your arm pits. the pectoral major has 2 heads the sternal head and the clavical head the sternal head attaches to the sternum and ribs the clavical head attaches to the clavical or collar bone. fyi

In boxing, form follows function. Work your ass off, and your body will do what it's going to do. The size of your pecs / biceps / whatever has nothing to do with how well you can box, (neck size, however, has a direct effect on how well you can box) and a post on pectoral development -- particularly a post this specific -- has very little place in the T&N forum, to say nothing of the fact that so far there has only been one correct answer.
But rather than ripping on him directly, I made a joke. Deflection. Parrying. Side-stepping, if you will.
I would suggest that you lighten up. In this game, you will go insane from taking yourself seriously much sooner than you will from pugilistic dementia.
Besides, how often do I get a chance to use the word "firkin?" Sounds like something my Irish grandmother would say: "The firkin water heater's broke again."
