    jab and conditioning is really important.

    your a short guy so if u dont jab your way in u are gon get picked of easily, and with your conditioning bad knocked out down the stretch. by a quality fighter that is. but thats what u need to prepare for. prepare for the worst and the best will happen.

      You looked good man. That guy you sparred in the beginnning look real sharp too so props for staying competitive with him.

      All in all, I think this is one of the best sparring videos I've ever seen posted here.

          You'll be fine, just try and work on some head movement with and without your punches, and also remember to bring your punches back, you let them loose to often and it leaves you open for counter punches, especially because you don't have much head movement.

            D&mn, 152, you're one short 152lber. You're gonna run into major problems with them tall cats at 152.

            Okay, as far as your sparring vid. I pretty much agree with those voices in the video. You need to fight smarter as far as picking the right shots, don't just throw the jab just to throw it, and you're smothering yourself on the inside.

            You tend to like leaning on your opponents, but, an experience fighter would use your momentum against you and create some space and boo ya, it's nighty night. So, be smart, know when to lean. And where's the head movement? Very important.

            All in all, you're looking just about right for someone who is having his first fight.

                    When did you start boxing?

                    I think the positive point is that you have some good power, throws good combos and have good control of the ring. Like everybody says i notice that you should jab more, and go faster when you go for body blows.

                    Good luck for your fight, you should do very well.

                      thanks i started boxing about a year ago

                      i dont know why i got so tired.. i usually go 3 x3 no problem.. this was at another gym maybe thats why
