I am open to anyone's suggestions but this is the diet that I got from foremost nutritional authority to the American olympic athletes. Please, I would like to respectfully hear your argument.

I think/hope he's being sarcastic. If not he has no idea how nutrition works because upgrading from mcdonalds to a better burger isn't the answer. Your pretty much on point with the answer you gave.

I'm not being sarcastic and you already "respectfully" heard my argument. Figure it out or don't at your own peril.

If it has a mascot, don't eat it. Follow that one rule and you're golden.

my diet consists more or less of oatmeal and egg whites in morning with fruit..
i eat fruit every couple hours throughout the day
no soda, only water and juice with no juice after 6 o clock ..
i eat a handful of mixed nuts just about every day
salad cucumbers tomatoes carrots onions with tuna or salmon for lunch & dinner
i eat a steak dinner once a week with vegetables and potatoes.. and grilled or baked chicken for lunch or dinner once or twice a week

oo yeah and no eating after 7 -730 pm

That's just it! I want it back! I'm only 20 for ****s sake! lol I used to eat lots more than I do now, now that I stopped workin out for a while I gain alot of weight :O

I dont care what anyone says, eating LOTS of carbs and a low sugar diet will make you lose weight if you work out, you cant cut out carbs cuz your muscles NEED them

But I know I gained weight cuz I stopped workin out, I used to work out 10-15 minutes a night and was 160 lbs and am 250 lbs now since I dont work out and I eat less too

you probably grew as well, just eat a reasonable diet and start training again.
