What is age is too late to start boxing?

Nate Campbell was 27 years old when he won his first pro fight.

That's not the same as staring boxing at that age. Hopkins also had a similar story but boxed throughout prison days in his early twenties and was a golden gloves winner in his teen years. I think he started at age of 8 or 9. Maybe Campbell could have a similar background? But I know what you mean, people coming into pro game late as well but still having success is another example that age is just a number

Then at around 24 years of age, while working on his night shift, he would shadow box to keep himself awake, one of the workers there said you have talent you should go to a boxing gym, then his life would change for ever.

Skelton do had a pretty big background in Kickboxing, before turning to Boxing. But To win a EU Title and get a World Title shot in your 40's is impressive.

Im around the age when Campbell started training.
I wonder how long he started going boxing fulltime and quit his job.

My career is already established but Im getting bored staring at my computer all day. I also have a mortgage on a new house and a car to pay, luckily no wife and kids yet. Im not saying Im gonna give up my job, but Ive always wanted to get paid for doing something physically competitive.

I went to a boxing gym with my friend about a month and attended one of the 1 hour boot camp sessions. Ive been going to the gym and been working out regularly since I was 20, but my body was still shocked pretty good. I still outlasted people who've been there for months. I have a little background with contact sports since I was a wrestler in high school and was taught martial arts when I was younger. I'll try to get into it further and see how far it takes me.

thats false.. he learned the basics as a kid by an uncle. never competed though. but hes still a good example. so is rahman, started age 20 i think. and tony thompson started in his 20s too if im not mistaken. someone else too whos alot better.. not cintron he sucks.. who the f.uck is it..? steve cunninghamn started at 19-21 something.
