They sip a little and spit it out the rest, because too much water would give them cramps.

Also, getting hit in the belly when it's full of liquid would hurt.

because u drink too much u might vomit it when u get a hard shot to the stomach. I know i got hit by it once during sparr i vommited in my mouth i swallowed it back as if nothing happened lol!
