  • sleeping inn...

I seem to have a "fixed" sleep duration of 8 1/2 hours. Ofcourse when I absolutely have to wake up (for work/school) I can get up with little difficulty, but on other days, I feel very tired and grouchy when I try to get out of bed after 6-7 hours.

Ideally, I would like to get 7 1/2 hours so I could be a little bit more productive every day. You guys think I should just stick to what my body is "automatically" alotting me with the 8 1/2 hours? Or slowly scale back...

What are your sleeping patterns and durations?

How old are you? If you're still growing **** productivity.

In my experience 50% of how you feel in sparring or training is adequate sleep and eating enough. The other 50% is conditioning.

im a junior in college...so past that rapid growth stage. I usually find myself waking up about 6 hours after i sleep to take a piss, then i go back to sleep for a few more hours.

and twanky, i figured i'd give it more emphasis with the extra "n" so it doesn't seem like an incomplete phrase like the first 2 words in "sleeping in a bed". lol.
