ok first of all i stand at 5''10 exactly and weigh a beefy 284 lbs- i have some muscle and am pretty strong but i have a pretty big belly and man *******...my main problem is eating, im of russian and german background and i eat tons of german sausages, hearty stews, soups, cakes, pies, etc and drink way too much alcohol, namely vodka and beer
my typical diet:
breakfast: six german sausages (different varieties) four eggs (fried in lard) six pieces of toast (white, with butter and jam) 2 cups coffee with milk and sugar, piece of cheese or two
snack: chocolate bar or lollies, cup coffee
lunch: 9 german sausages, big bowl of stew, 10 pieces of bread and butter, bottle of vodka
snack: same
dinner: same as lunch usually, followed by a cake or pie for dessert, then i usually drink a few bottles of beer or vodka, smoke a couple of cigars and relax before before bed go to bed around 1am
so yeah obvious problems there
my exercise regime is little to none, walk to get a magazine or takeaway maybe once a fortnight, try to do a few pushups before bed (im usually drunk though so i manage one or two before my arms give way and i fall on my face lmfao)
any help with gaining muscle + losing fat my ideal weight would be about 240 i think, im a pretty big boned and heavy framed guy
so my relative owns a gym which i can use for free, its pretty up market with all the machines and that
i was thinking i should do benchpress squats dumb bells etc all sorts of weights
so should i do this **** and will that give me my muscle, then should i couple that with running walking and cycling to lose the fat????
