Whenever I use weights my jab becomes really stiff and slow.
What weights/reps are you doing and are you stretching properly after each workout?

I am 5"11 and 154lbs. I have a pretty decently shaped body and flat stomach.
I have been training in boxing for 7 months now.
I can't seem to get enough stamina for 3 rounds x 3 minutes I always start getting out of breath. It's pathetic all my mates are going to tournaments and I'm still training at the gym and only have 1 exhibition match.
I used to eat a **** load of nasty food before I boxed like high cholestrol and since I wouldn't get fat I ate alot. especially meats. I stopped and have been eating healthier ever since I started boxing but still eat alot of meat.
I do the usual warm up routines about 5 days a week. and do sparring 2 days a week.

please help me sometimes I just cry that my trainer thinks that I'm no good and he never does any training with me and just ignores me while other boxers are getting praised.

My main question is what should I eat that's good for my heart and makes it stronger?

and what workouts do you encourage to get me increase my cardio by a vast amount like should I do cardio without eating breakfast or something?

and last what are the symptoms of asthma? I was diagnosed with it when I was 16 but I don't believe it and the medication was expensive so I totally ingnored it and never went back the doctor that diagnosed me with it.
My gym recommends 3 half mile sprints with a 1 minute in between. That would simulate how tough each round is in boxing. (I've never been able to do it though)

Apart from all the obvious stuff (train harder, run harder whatever everyone else said) I will also advise you to look at the way you are sparring. Don't take this is as a shortcut; running (and sprints) are completely necessary. They say amateur boxing is 80 percent conditioning.
But I'd have to agree with one of the earlier posters. Nerves can get to you..

I noticed this because I would get gassed sparring at my gym but could box for days with friends outside the gym(even though not as hard)... Also don't fight going backwards all the time. For some reason I used always box going backwards like some Sweet Pea wannabe jabbing all day but that **** gets to you. Change it up. Go forwards and step within a range where you can throw hooks and try to get close to them inside their punching range. For some reason (even on the bag) I can throw hooks all day but that 1-2-1-2-1-2 KILLS me.

well if you been training for that long, and you sound in good shape you just need to stay relaxed. maybe your fightin tense and you will tire so fast. i sparred tense when i started and couldnt last 2 but i can spar 5 or 6 straight relaxed. and im 5 9 165 with a little gut
