    yeah thats the problem i used to take it for my elbow but i stopped and thats when my knee started acting up. whats better the tablet form of liquid?

      All the info is in that thread about which Skins are the best. Sometimes I also wear Nike Pro Compression underneath clothes instead of Recovery Skins, coz when you take your Gucci and Armani **** off in front of a bird, it is good to have something branded underneath too. That is something you won't know about so don't worry too much. That's why you like Pammy, she got a dog face that's more manly than her redneck husband Tommy. That devil music **** wouldn't sell 2 copies in France, lol. That dog Pammy might become a good $2 ho though! If you don't pay you'll get same treatment Tszyu gave to your hero

      As for your Theraband question, I don't know where you can buy them but they must be cheap because I get a different colour free from my physiotherapist every week! I seen someone do the same exercises with a yoga belt once. As for frequency, even as an amateur boxer you need to do the physio exercises EVERY single day. Put a note on your phones calendar, and if it is Nokia then select the repeat everyday option. Eventually it will become part of your rotuing, just like brushing your teeth! Do your stretches at the same time. Even on days and at times when you don't/can't train do them exercises every week. Alot of non-sport physios can't be asked telling you, but it is poor compliance that holds people back. Do them exercises everyday, Google search knee physiotherapy for more information and get well soon!

          I was even trying to insinuate you are a broke ass mofo whcih you probably are as your third world medical system hasn't even covered your physiotherapy yet. You have to get insured or die like animals! LOL. All I was saying is if you have a Nokia then you can save info in there. I don't use other brands but I am sure Samsung, LG, Sony Ericsson and even ****ty Motorala will have calendar/reminder features in their phone too. I've given you all the info you need for your knee now so stop milking your threads like the boylover that you are! You are a procastinating bum who needs to get off his bum and..
