    If your gonna get protein get wheybolic extreme from gnc.

    Get some multi vitamin pills.

    Im sure you heard this but if you are trying to gain muscle mass do lower reps with heavy weights.

    fix around your diet.

How much protein should I be taking in? I heard too much protein turns into fat... Also should I be taking in a lot of carbs? I'm going to be pushing myself hard during the workouts.

          How the **** are you gonna gain muscle by just doing pull-ups and squats. You still need proteins to feed your muscles. You and sukhenboy need to do some reasearch before bashing on all supplements. If all people where like you guys we would still be living in the stone ages.

                  go ahead be a sucker and spent your money on that it, I'm guessing you ain't even in good shape at all anyway. I wasn't bashing the supplements I just advised him not to spend money on it. Most of your performance is all in your head. If your head isn't right your performance won't be either. Done

                    im no expert but i would eat a lot of meat....you need that fat that goes with that protein content. ie: steak, fish, chicken.

                      You dont build muscle by doing pullups and pushups. Those are more defining exercises. If he wants to get bigger, eat right ,lift heavier or in a pyramid
