well up until yesterday when i had an epiphany and decided to become a boxer this was my diet:
breakfast: eight slices pepperoni pizza w extra cheese, two cans coca cola
mid morning: bucket fried chicken, two cans beer,
lunch: 3 big macs, large fries, small tub ice cream, large coke small sundae, bag cheetos
mid afternoon: beer, bag of chips, chocolate bar, fried chicken leg
dinner: twelve slices peperoni pizza, four cans beer, bucket fried chicken, homemade fries, large bowl creamy pasta
dessert: large chocolate cake, root beer float
but now since ive decided to take my streetboxing seriosuly my diet is:
breakfast: 1 orange and a glass of water
lunch: 2 oranges and 10 grains of rice, 1/8 of an apple
dinner: 3 oranges with a diet coke and a carrot
before bed: 1 raw potato (good for digestion) and 1 raw egg
hopefully i can lose 60 pounds by october
