i gues you are still young, ones you get a lil bit older and become serious about boxing you will just want to fight at a weight where you can perform best at.

Btw tyson went pro at 18 became champion at 20 and was damaged goods before 24. you don't want to turn pro to early.

lol i got food poisoning from it last year

i ate it before my fight yesterday though lol....only cos i didnt want to eat KFC or mcdonalds before my fight cos that would make me feel too bloated

If anybody seriously thinks subway is healthy look at the amount of salt and it should make you think again. Most of the sandwiches have atleast 3grams of salt. some even have 4grams. That's ****ing disgusting.

Subway tastes just fine to me. You basically make your own sandwhich. You guys only buy the best meats or something? I dont taste the difference.

As for it being healthy. It can be depending on portions and what you put on it. A six inch tuna on wheat compared to a foot long bmt with for example.
