The more you talk, the more apparent it becomes that you don't know **** about boxing. Hajime No Ippo is great and all, but it's a cartoon man. I'm definitely not gonna take advice on how to train my fighters from a newbie like you.

because the other guys, that the newcomer spars with, won't be doing that. They won't be waking up early, living, breathing, eating, sleeping, and ****ting boxing, like someone who takes it seriously SHOULD be doing. There are only two outcomes of boxing, the first is brain damage, no matter how minor; the second, is fight experience for both guys...the harder a new guy works, the less brain damage he takes come time for him to pass his trials, it's not hard to figure out.....

Take Kostya's advice, only train as hard as possible with a tournament coming up...Then end up being second rate, like this guy probably is (or will be.)

ive had one fight and one exhibition, got another fight coming up in a month

ive been boxing for around 18 mnths but i wasnt with a very good trainer up until the last few mnths, but thats irrelevant , anyway, i probably know more than you do you moron, i saw your heavybag vid, and yes you arent second rate, you are third or fourth rate

This is a very passionate post, but its lacking common knowledge of sleep.

You need sleep for rest, and sleep helps your muscles grow and rebuild.

Sleep is honestly one of the most important things in one's life.
Theres too many negatives when you don't get the adequate amount of rest.

The funny thing is, if you actually had a record, you wouldn't be defending yourself with that "I've ran top amateurs out of a local gym" crap. You would have simply said "I'm 33-10" or whatever. Since you didn't, we now know you have no fights (as if your vids didn't make that clear already).

StorminNorman i think you are a boxer just to claim you have passion for it... I love boxing just as much as any other boxer probably more but im not gonna write a preachy essay addressed to newcomers about eating tomatoes and running at 430 AM.

The truth is boxing is a sport and you dont have to start boxing with the mindset that you will do whatever it takes, it would be good to do that but you dont have to.

The fact is if someone goes into the gym spars trains and eventually spars and fights but ends up quitting. It doesnt mean he quit because he doesnt have the passion its because they just dont like it. It doesnt make you any better then them.
