    One thing that has increased my energy level is that I have cut out soft drinks and all other carbonated drinks. I only drink water, milk, or gatorade and my energy has really gone up. It is also much easier to stay focused with training.

      Do you guys eat anything before you go out and run or do you do it fasted and eat after??
