When sales say " Training Glove " i take it i can use them to spar?

Don't wanna buy a pair and my trainer tell me i cant spar with them.

I'm looking at these ...

Anybody have any recommendations for sparring gloves?

To me they look fine to par with...

But im not an expert like other guys here.

I use a pair of addidas gloves for sparring..They cost about £30.00.

Same I have the white and green adidas ones. Whats your like?

But they don't look to have a lot of padding azza. So could be bag gloves.

These look and feel alright, But they kind of feel long ... Feel weird to hook with, Might get them not sure.

My gyms gloves are 12Oz so thats what i got.
