I'm happy with my bag mitts, I don't come out with injuries besides sometimes the odd sc**** of the skin from the wraps which is unavoidable. To cut a long story short, I think it'd be good to use maybe some reasonably cheap but reasonably acceptable sparring gloves (like some of Lonsdale's new range, about £24) to use on the bag every so often so i'm punching with some weight so I can increase my endurance. What oz. would you lot suggest? Would rolling in with 16 oz. gloves for bag work look/be ******? Or 14? Or what?

in the states almost most all gyms require 16oz sparring gloves...i'd go with them...y not train with bout the heaviest u can find that way the gloves used in competition feel like nothingOriginally posted by JayCoe View PostComment
