an extra 3 square inches of surface area is not going to make any difference, especially when you are wearing boxing gloves....its not like you are going to stretch the glove....cmon kid....use your melon!

lol use my melon? boxing gloves do decrease pressure by acting as a larger surface area as well as the soft qualities of the glove. all i was saying is theres advantages of both small and large hands.

I can't imagine why you think it'd help. The glove prevents much advantage to either smaller or larger. As for this pressure nonsense, I think you should focus less on whether or not you can cover 1" more surface or whatever and focus more on where you hit them. You can have hands like slabs and get me in the cheek bone and it's going to hurt less than a small hand cracking me in the nose, or the eye. Focus more on the style, the power and the aim. Of course, I can say this as I have reasonably large hands, a large fitting me comfortably without wraps.

yea man just get a cheese grater and graze ur knuckles until they bleed! or bite them that works to and sometimes if ur special u can take a blade nd cut ur hands off and in a few weeks a better paiir will return...lol sorry man just a diff question...For real punch wood repetativly theres a specil thing martial artist use called a goju board its a board with spring to it and is made up of layers of wood. this gives in a lil so u dont hurt ur wrists but builds ur hands very well...Ive used it and am going to get one soon.

As previously stated - size really doesnt matter (lol cliche :P).
Especially with the appliance of the glove. Though u prob wouldnt want larger hands anyways, less comfort within ur glove (so i would imagine).
