  • training problem

    Ok first my english is bad but im gonna try to explain it. when im training normally i feel fast and strong but some days (almost every week) i feel really slow and lazy and it really frustrates me and make me feel like i wanna retire.

    this is normal?? what yall think is the problem with me,it could be a concentration problem?. I hope some of you answer to this one because that happen to me like every week and im really tired of that

    Does it happen after multiple days in a row?

    Do you train hard every day?

    If you answer yes to these it could be you just need a light workout after a few days so your body can recover properly. You can also try some protien shake or bar after your workout to help your body recover. Hope this helps

      YOu may be lethargic. Whatever you do dont stop training, keep training and if it the tiredness continues see your doctor. If you continue training, when you get passed this "phase" or lethargy then you'll be top of your game, as if your body cant be bothered to work and you're making it, think how you'll feel when your body WANTS to work. You'll be fine.

      IDK about lethargy i guess you should consult your doctor.

        Yes its normal. Make sure you get enough sleep. It makes a huge difference.
