Ok first my english is bad but im gonna try to explain it. when im training normally i feel fast and strong but some days (almost every week) i feel really slow and lazy and it really frustrates me and make me feel like i wanna retire.
this is normal?? what yall think is the problem with me,it could be a concentration problem?. I hope some of you answer to this one because that happen to me like every week and im really tired of that
