He looks out for the new guys and the little guys. Whenever we get a bully, he always manages to end up in the ring with The Equalizer. You don't have to "tell" on anybody, just bring it up with The Equalizer: "Hey, man. You need to spar this guy. Like, really spar him."

There is a really easy solution. Tell him to stop hitting so hard. Honestly, people need to learn to swallow their pride to preserve their health.
If I am sparring with someone bigger than me, and they are hitting harder than I want, I stop the action and ask them to tone down the power.
Its never failed me yet.
Most these people aren't bullies, they just don't realize they are hitting as hard as they are.

i remember this one guy who always tried to impress coach with big power shots. He's a little shorter than me but he lifts weights so he has power... but no speed. So when we get into the ring he tries to drop bombs and all i did was jab and back out. one time he caught me with one of those bombs and my coach stopped the sparring session and told him to cool it. We went back to jabbing and him trying to kill me and when he caught me again my coach stopped it and said he must have had a bad day so he should just go to the punchin bag.
Lesson of this story. Spar when your coach is around.
Now when i'm with my new coach i never spar without his permission adn without him watchin.
