Victor Martinez has really good benching technique. Look for him on youtube.

i don't like body building, but if you want to know proper technique, you should listen to this guy:

You probably posted that video of a guy in a nappy lifting weights as a joke but

              1. There's no way that was 90KG
              2. That was terrible form. At first the guy is doing the negative part of the lift very badly. Even with light weight you should not lower it so fast. Lowering the weight requires muscle too. Towards the end he is virtually bouncing the barbell off his chest. If he was really lifting 90KG he'd probably have a fractured sternum by now.

Meh, decent form, but he uses little to no leg drive except on the last few reps. Back isn't arched. There are much better examples. Plus the dude looks pretty weak, as that does not look like 90kg, but, hey, at least he did a full range of motion.

does anyone have advice for working stomach, ive got quite good ab muscle, but the lower stomach muscle has a bit of flab covering it.

flutter kicks, leg crossovers, leg lifts, v-ups....

that's good for abdominal strength, but if you want them to show, eat healthy and do condition/interval training/run
