Diet man. Sounds easy enough or just born more calories than you are consuming and you will be fit in no time.

When I cycle at level 10 at a good 80-90% for 10 minutes guess how many calories I lose? Keep in mind that by the end of it my legs are usually light and in pain because i've gone that hard...Well about 70 calories or so (according to the machine). The reason for this is because I maintain a level that aims to better my cardiovascular, doing this uses the muscles and glycogen as a means of energy rather than fat. The heart rate is far more important than people think, they aren't just put on those machines to look cool. If you want to lose weight maintain a heart rate between 120-165 (for roughly a 20 year old). Too much above this will focus on cardiovascular and therefore the effects on your fat % will be minimal, too far below this and you might aswell not bother because you're generally only going to get some lactic acid if you're unlucky.
Now heart rates aren't an exact science, but basically sit down and check your resting heart rate (during the day, not in the early morning or before bed, not after a meal, not after lying down). It should be around 55-70 if you're fit, 70-80 if you're normal, too much above 80 and you're unfit. Basically if you're say 60, add 50 onto it in order to find out when you'd start using fat supplies as energy, if you're 90 then i'd say work on your Cardio' as well as fat %.
Hope this helps.
And, hi everybody, i'm new here and this is my first post.
