Well, I'm leaving my old, expensive gym and joining a new one with a pool, BB courts etc. I'm going to be using the pool a lot and trying to find out what types of swimming I could do in the pool and for how long that would maximize my workout. Usually I run for about a mile on the treadmill then I jog up hill for another mile, then I do about 10-15 minutes on the bike. I'm 190 trying to get down to about 180-185. Thanks!
