Drink alot of water, eat super healthy foods in morning, enough energy so you can work out & work off weight, then don't eat much of anything for the rest of the day. a couple days before weigh in jump in sauna suit & get rid of water weight.
Another thing you might want to try is a liqiud diet or something along those lines.

no strength training. Just cardio. it's all about aliminating the carbs and fat. The protein shakes I mixed had no fat and very few barbs. And the tuna has no carbs or fat. It's all about protein. Like I said, you feel like **** cause youre not getting any carbs for energy but it's a crash diet. Not at all healthy diet for more then 2 weeks. I used to loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks on it. You still have to keep your road work up even if you feel like you have no energy. Suck it up as they say and yu'll loose the weight guarantied.
