      thanks for the people who helped me

      one thing i really wanna know is if u have a lot of fat what happens when u burn it off because skin doesn't just dissappear

        If you lose weight too fast it will go saggy.

                  im 18 and im like 250 of pure iron muscle lol

                  naw im fat ain't lyin fo nuthin but i do have a lot of muscle but it has some covering

                    At 18 it should be fine, drink a lot of water while training and take it slow, you could damage that "iron muscle" if you lose weight too fast.

                      WHILE TRAINING

                      how shoudl i do the training i have a punching bag and i can only keep it up for liek 45 seconds i get tired real fast but i do have a lot of power im not bragging im serious but i can only keep it up for sooo long do i keep doin that and i will get better liek as far as how much time i train for or do i take it slow

                      and i also don NOT eat right i eat alot
