Depends how often you train and what kind of exercises.

If you train everyday, I'd recommend doing one muscle group per day -- have a day for arms and back (chins), one for legs (burpees, squat-jumps), one for chest and neck (pushups, one-armed pushups, bridges), and one for hands (squeezing tennis balls or hand exercisers, one-arm hangs, finger pushups.) This is of course in addition to your regular boxing training -- bagwork, padwork, roadwork, etc. Abs should be hit at least twice a week hella hard, and you should do crunches every morning, IMO.

If you train twice a week, you should concentrate on half your body one day and half the other. If you're young enough, you might be able to do your entire body twice a week. You should take enough time between working a bodypart that it isn't sore anymore. Stiff is OK, sore is not. That soreness is from microscopic tears in the muscle; as the soreness heals, the muscle tears regrow and the muscle becomes stronger and -- if you repeat the process long enough and eat enough protein -- bigger.

Some bodyweight exercises should be done every day, IMO. Pushups, situps, chins -- you should do a set of these a few times a day. At least. IMO, you should strive to at least be in the condition that a few sets of pushups and situps per day should not make you sore.
