I dont know your height and weight but if you still not gaining after two weeks of this diet increase the portions in your morning meals, becuase if this was me I would have trouble gaining on a diet like this.

The selection of food looks good. Its hard to say about the calorie intake. I guess your lifting heavy to bodybuild.

At 5 10 162, it sounds like you should up your calorie intake. Im sure at the bodybuilding forum they have nutritional articles. Im sure you have seen improvements, more than anything it takes time.

wow your taking a **** load of protein power. i dont think your eating enough. i find when i try to diet and dont eat much fat i dont gain that much, and then when i slack off a bit and eat a little more i see better gains. i dont think you need that much protein powder. how many grams are in a scoop?

you dont need that much protein powder. I found if you take 1 serving (about 30-50grams protein usually) 1 hour before you work out, then right before you workout, then after you workout (pretty much anytime but dont take to long) worked great for me I packed on 12lbs in a month maybe 2-4lbs were fat but i wasnt doing cardio and for every pound of muscle you gain it takes 1000 extra cals. dont be afraid of calories they are fuel for your body. i was about your size when I did this and in my opinion you need more cals. pick up some flavored peanuts to munch on.....mmmm bar-b-que pee-nuts
