    No. That's for personal traning.

    It's not a boxing gym.

You get a membership and go whenever you want.

    Simple.

in the front room theirs some couches and a big screen plasma screen tv. Which i know seems outta place but they always have PPV parties which is pretty sweet.
Then theirs a ring then beside that theirs a mat space.
Theirs Thai Kickboxing Pads, gloves and kicking shields all hung up on the wall.
Then theirs another room with 6 heavy bags and move mat space.

my gym is kinda small but i like it..

one room.. ring in the middle, backed up against the back wall... on each side of the ring there is mirriors on the walls and a line of different bags... 5 bags on each side.. 4 heavybags, 2 speedbags, 1 double end bag, 1 uppercut bag, one weird skinny really hard bag.. i dunno what its called...

then we got equipment scattered all over ring edges and floor lol...
in front of the ring is open floor good for skipped / pads/ shadowboxing..

                    nice!

I trained at Renzo Gracies for a long time. Competitions here were great, but kind of exploded after the Ultimate fighting Reality show. Alot of guys with mohawks and tappout shirts.

It's cool there are so many people into grappling, just beat a lot think they are fighting in the UFC when they show up at a NAGA or GQ event. Not so fun paying $80 oer weight class to waot 7 hours to compete.

The matches are awesome though. loved the competition.
