The best way to gain weight is to do low rep high weight lifting drink a protien shake with water before your workout and with milk after, drink one when you wake up and drink one right before you go to bed with double protien. Do high impact workouts for cardio instead of long distance runs. This helps build muscle endurence without the weight loss. Eat a big breakfast, a small lunch, and big dinner. Squats and shoulder presses build the most muscle the quickest so that will help you gain more muscle.
