I like to swim and shadow box in the water with quick bursts. I shadow box alot and with light weights. Also do Plyometrics, and u will get faster.

yeah there's loads of stuff you can do shadowbox with wieghts will probably be one of the best and simplest remember you can't go looking for something easy to help you improve witcdh iws wot a lot of people trying to get fit do i think.
i dunno bout your fitness but trust me if you aint in good condition just focus on that. i reckon i'm above average fitness compared toa non athlete below average for a competitive athlete and **** condition for a boxer..... and something ive learned is all your power and speed don't count for **** if you can't keep up the pace

doing pushups with weights increase my speed tremdously, especially on the pulling back after throwing a punch. I put both my hands on 2 dumbells, go down, then come back up and once im up i pull the dumbbell to my chest and sometimes farther back. Its an excellent working for strenth and quickness. After pulling back a 50 pound dumbbell to your chest, a 8 - 16 oz glove aint nothing.

i'm not a fan of pucnhing with weights
not only do i see them as dangerous unless you punching the bag with them but i also belive they only create the illusion of increase speed by making your hands slower while training with the weights, making them look quicker without
