When i wasnt workin i would get up every weekday at 10:00am go for a jog no intensity just to keep my stamina up, then then go home relax/see friends/the girl. And at 6:30pm i'd be off to the boxing gym to train for a couple houre home for 9pm showerd then just do what ever. on the weeknds i would cut loose go to the pub get pissed or just go out some were with my girl,. BUT NOW AM WORKING EVERY THING IS ****ED . weekend is still gd but a cant go for a jog at 10am anymore(up for 6am now). cant laze about see friends(dont get home till 5pm). but most inportanly am so drain when a get home i am starting to miss out my training far to much, any1 else have this problem any tips to get my mind back in the right place? whats your advise???? help!

      I have school M-F 9AM - 2:30PM, Work M, Tues right after school & Saturday 2-10pm.

Every weekday morning I push myself hard to get up to community gym at 7 for an hour until 8. Im working my way up to 3 7 minutes miles around the track. Then I finish off with various cardio.

Wednesday night I spar. Thursday I attend boxing class for an hour to 2 hours. Friday I usually dont go to the boxing gym to rest, but I will probably start going right after school. On saturday morning I spar. Sunday I do rounds on various bags, cardio, running for aboot 2 hours.

Things usually get screwed up with being too tired (cant get myself up for saturday sparring) or plans with friends screw my timing up. Also college planning and writing essays has set me back. I need to get on a more set aggressive schedule. I've made ALOT of progress losing weight and gaining a bit of muscle since june, but I need to work harder now to progress. My stamina SUCKS.
