    hey, i spent all of last year training at a local gym, but half way through the year they moved and are still in the process of building the gym. I am trying to not get out of shape, what training do you suggest for someone with no equipment outside of a weight gym my school provide that would benefit me for boxing.

    lots of running, sprints, if you can find a nice hill , run hill sprints.
