what punch do you love to just throw with authority and make it your most stinging punch? it doesn't even have to be your strongest natural punch, but what do you try to just POP in there?

I LOVE popping powerful r-hand jabs (southpaw), straight lefts, left hooks. My straight left is like a ****ing bomb sometimes.. Even on a 150 hb it ****ing popped that mf'er. it's also the only punch that people have said "wow" about hahaha.

although, WHEN (yeah, when, bitches) I turn pro my left hook is probably going to be my bread and butter. I'm going to punish the body like a southpaw, 6'6", white joe frazier :P

I only drop A-Bombs... Drop them in flurries also...So every punch I guess.

all your punches contain the same amount of effort? Whether it be mental or physical I'm sure you change your punches power/speed/point of effectiveness..

lead left hook and double lead left hook

my trainer said my lead left hook is as fast as my jab, which is why i can always hit the guy with it. they think the jab is comin, i turn it around hit him in the ear with the left hook, they think the hook is coming, BAM, jab to the nose.

after sparring 4 rounds with this guy, he told me he couldnt hear out of his right ear for like 3 hours cuz of all the left hooks i landed on him. now thaz wut im talkin bout!
