  • i hate the weekend.

    i eat as much as i do during the week as i do during friday night-sunday morning it seems!! ahhhhhhhhh i friggin hate it. so hard to stay focused when you sleep in and have nothing pushing you. plus the gym i go to is closed today. icky pop sundays.

      Guilt is good! Do sets of self-weighted squats till failure, push-ups till failure, sets of leg lifts, and crunches till failure, and go for a run.
