u need to ice it, simple advice
ball up your fist as much as possible and bury it in a bucket of ice water for 15 minutes two or three times day
ive sprained my wrists 3 or 4 times now since ive started, it always hurts like hell the day after but as long as you rest, ice it properly the pain should decrease noticeable everyday until youre ready to go usually 7-10 days
you can also do what i do, when i sprain my right wrist i take it as an oppruntunity to focus on my left hand for a week... get out there and pump a couple hundred jabs into the bag until your wrist heals, sitting around hoping for the best isnt the best solution
