    What shoes do you like to box train in?

    when you buy boxing shoes do buy the same size you wear regular sneakers with or are they smaller or bigger?

      the ones i have are the same as my shoe size. if they feel a little loose jus tighten the laces and u'll be good to go.

      to the OP, my fav are the adidas tygun 2. my least fav are the roy jones ones. really poor quality, they lasted me a year, they must be jus for show for a big fight cuz they are very poorly made IMO.

              i own asics and jordans..asics are pretty good..and i bought the jordans only because ima jordan collector so i had to buy some boxing js to look good and they are kinda heavy but i still like them id rate them about 7.5 outta 10..i wanna try some everlast low tops out next..

                  I currently use my old wrestling asics from '87. Originally I was thinking about getting the Box Hog's or Tyrint III's. Im surprised to hear about the Roy Jones ones. I was wondering about those really Hi-tops Tygun's. What are the benifits of having it so high other than more support? I have pain in my ankles and could use the support but wasnt sure what the disadvantages were of having the higher ones. Maybe reduction of speed? Less mobility? Also does it impede on your calves when moving around?
