You gotta move all that excess muscle around. With me,when I go up stairs my legs burn like Im getting a workout. And thats just going up the stairs. The littlest **** I used to do used to get me tired. If you lift something you're using all that muscle in your arm to do it. So you'll get your muscles in your arm and body alot more tired. Its like a Hummer H2,its all big and powerful but the gas sucks. Now a smaller less bulky Honda is good on gas cause it doesnt have all the extra ****.

Like right now Im trying to figure out a way to lose my muscle so I can lose some weight. And let me tell you that **** aint easy. Im going on my diet tomorrow.

My point is, you work hard.

You need the calories........and especially the carbs for energy. If some random Joe who reads this thread thinks: "Oh I need to gain muscle mass" "Listen to advice here" it's the wrong idea. I was assuming everyone had a basic grasp on how many calories they needed to gain/lose weight.

The harder you work Anareobically/Aerobically the more calories you need. Most people who want to "bulk up" aren't really athletes. Just average guys.

in that case sure. I recommend staying away from beer. They haven't routined an active enough lifestyle to use the calories efficiently

      Like I stated.

You drink beer and do pushups until your upper body feels like it's going to collapse. Then drink another beer and force yourself the same routine.

When you wake up, tough it out, and run your ****ing ass off.

Nothing I implied had anything to do with being sedentary. This includes the lifestyle with someone who's a grocery getter drinking beer.

No. I'm talking about drinking at the gym if possible. You have to be absurdly active, just like most of us here are.

I ****ing ran 6 miles today, then went to work.

Then came back to discuss boxing with you ****s, or other subjects.

So getting ****ed up and then working out the next day, even though you're not all there can take you far.

                  LMFAO.

                  [sarchasm]Yeah I'm a Fat ******[/sarchasm]

You're a complete tool, who knows little about bulking. I doubt you've ever played a competitive sport your entire life..........and you just chose to join a thread THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BODY BUILDING.

Go take your health food/nut job *** lifestyle back to the bodybuilding forums where you can discuss how your glutes are burning from an ass workout.

Enjoy your fruit smoothies you raging ****.

I tell you one thing, half a litre of beer for a guy that doesn't drink that much will give you a buzz that lets you overload on pressups, pull ups, those sort of exercises. I'm not sure whether it adversely effects your recovery though, which you'd think it would.

I'm getting much more muscular and have put on 2kgs of muscle in 2 months without even taking in much protein, so i reckon you can put on more if you're starting from a low base. I'm still weak as **** though.

I drink tons of beer. I have no gut and very low BFP. Its all about how much work you do, not how many calories you intake...Meaning, if you work enough, you can eat a cow a week.
