Obviously people who are against working out at parks dont know the advantages of it. Lets see... how do you do sprints, hill sprints, sled pulling and car pushing at the gym? Training outdoors rocks! Luckily the playground I work out on is surrounded by adults playing hoops and soccer. No kiddies usually.

Getting in your car and driving back to the gym or home in between other odd workouts isnt very convenient.

Neithers getting your baby in the pram/push chair and pushing the bairn all the way down to the park to find some muscle meat heads flexing there muscles and checking out there physique, sweating all over the monkey bars.

              Stay outta the parks dammit!

I piss farther than you do. Just do it with discretion. If your park is cool like that ... by all means do it. If you got little cry babies there... then don't.

whats inconvenient with going for a run, then running back home to do the rest of your workout
