    In fact, don't eat too much fruits either, go for vegetables and keep yourself hydrated. If you don't get enough water, your body will hold on to whatever water it got and it might look like fat around the waist.
    why to the first guy, and why in the **** would you do that, to the second one? if u train hard day in and day out and eat healthy all the time, it does not matter what time you eat. this has been proven by top nutritionists. if ur a sedentary creature who works out here and there then this holds true, but when ur training as hard as fighters do, it does not matter what u eat. i aint sayin eat and go to sleep, but u dont have to not eat 2 hours before bed. give urself like 30 minutes to digest some of that food but 2 hours i think is excessive, especially if ur hungry...

      This is garbage, I don't know who these nutritionists are, but they should be hanged.

      I am not gonna get into an argument with you, but answer this simple question, what do fighters eat? And if you go study guys like Tszyu, you will see what I am talking about, or better yet, do a research on a body building forums, these guys know a thing about nutrition and losing weight and especially fat.

        Also, note that if you train in the evening, then you must eat an hour before(stack up on good carbs) training and then maybe have a a shake with casein protein afterwards.

          yea no argument i wasnt tryin to offend u, but im jus sayin that if u work out hard every day, wut does it matter wut time u eat. sometimes i get done workin out at 11 and i'll come home and eat a meal and go to bed at 1130, and i had no problems with me gaining unwanted weight, or makin weight, so i guess it could depend on the person and metabolism too huh

            Then you got the genetics for not gaining unwanted weight and you probably rather young, am I correct?
            What I am talking about works for pretty much everyone and especially when you get a little older and your metabolism is not that great anymore..

            And since his boxing gym is closed for off season and he is ALREADY gaining weight, it should work help him too. Self disciplinne is great, but it should be applied correctly.
