I've recently gained some fat around my waist since the boxing gyms shut for off season, i really need it gone as it dont look good. All i wana know is how do i stop eating because today i've been on a good diet but i just spoilt it by eating a muffin and a ice cream. Do any of you have tips on how to turn down foods like these.
Also do think it would matter if i had 200-300 kcal a day of **** food ifi stepped up my running?
