  • Helping to stop eating.

    I've recently gained some fat around my waist since the boxing gyms shut for off season, i really need it gone as it dont look good. All i wana know is how do i stop eating because today i've been on a good diet but i just spoilt it by eating a muffin and a ice cream. Do any of you have tips on how to turn down foods like these.
    Also do think it would matter if i had 200-300 kcal a day of **** food ifi stepped up my running?

    eat smallmeals 6 times a day this will increase your metabolism and make it easier to make smart choices during the day as you should never be hungry, never eat with in 2 hours of bed time.

      Tnx i'll try that 2morro. The problem i have is i'll eat healthy all day then spoil it with some **** food because i cant be bothered to make the healthy food.

            Dont eat carbs after 7pm(granted that you go to sleep at 11)

            And avoid any of these sweets/soda beverages.


            In fact, don't eat too much fruits either, go for vegetables and keep yourself hydrated. If you don't get enough water, your body will hold on to whatever water it got and it might look like fat around the waist.

                  I dnt eat to much **** but when i do i eat loads or it lol. I'm not to fat i can still see most of my abs but i want to get under 10% body fat as i'm about 15% at the mo.

                    if you get tempted to eat some **** food just grab hold of your stomach and say do I really want this ****? I have the same problem myself workin out makes me tired and hungry so then I cant be arsed makin healthy food and end up eatin crisps.
