not bad. the guy you were sparring was obviously very new to boxing (atleast i hope so). you leave your chin exposed when you punch. make sure you tuck it in or else a decent boxer will pick up on that and counter your jab with a cross right on the chin. not bad though.

Try avoiding his left by ducking to your right once in a while. The way you guys were going, you were going to your own lefts consistently. If you go to the right when he throws the jab, you'll be in a perfect position to throw the right cross.

Not trying to talk **** or anything but.. you seem to be progressing extremely slow. :/ The videos you post all seem the same.. nothing is really improved except for you seem to throw more punches in this post. You still don't commit to your punches enough.. and when your done throwing punches you often bring your feet together - a prime oppertunity to get knocked off balance. I do have faith in you though and respect everything you do so please, don't take this as me talking ****.

Far better than your last few vids. I'd have to say you shouldnt counter punch because your not very good at it, esspecially when your moving backwards as your defence lets your get hit alot and you dnt have the speed to hit him back.
You look far better when going forwards and being more aggresive, I say this because when you attacked at 1min in you hurt him with a straight right then after you got him on the ropes and he backed off you hurt him again. So i'd say be more aggresive and step forward.
A far better vid than your last few.

thanks i wasnt trying to hurt him but i needed to change up my style becuase usually i fight defensivley and I dont put pressure on my partners and I usually let them punch them selfs out but now im putting pressure and throwing more rights and hooks.

Wow, that guy was pathetic. You completely outmatched him...

EDIT: You made him look pathetic.
