Ok so i got a pretty good 6 pak, but the bottom muscles arent showing up that well, you can still tell its a 6 pak but i want the bottom two more clearly defined so could anyone give me the names of some of the excerises that makes these more toned. Ive been doing plenty of cardio work lately and the 6 pak is definitly becoming more visible but ive also been doing alot of sit ups and working myself very hard through the circuits in training. So that would be helpful and also how do you get an 8 Pak lol?? Thanks very much everybody!!

to get an 8 pac you have to have the right genetics some people have them others dont. But if you do have one try doing a bit more cardio or try lying flat on your back and let both legs go out in front without touching the floor, then bring them back into your chest if you do it correctly it will really hury your lower abs. Hope that helps
