Been doing my road work and ALOT of hill work aswell as my normal training and been doing a few circuits at home every day and beginning to be able to feel my stamina getting alot better. Im not getting as tired as quickly and im able to "go" for longer. I can throw more combinations now without tiring immediately. Been drinking alot of water and eating alot healthier although i havent completely cut out fast foods yet. Just realised aswell 17 is stil quite young compared to some of the posters here who are just getting started or getting more into it. Plenty of time for me to make something of myself if i take it seriously!!
